Home-Schooling Support
The Prospect Centre provides expert support to Teaching Parents and ensures a well balanced educational experience for homeschooling students, built on a strong foundation of basic skills.
Home-school support programmes include:
-One to one "total language" lessons provided by a certified Orton-Gillingham tutor to solidify important literacy skills of reading, spelling and writing.
-Individualized lessons with a certified Orton-Gillingham multisensory math tutor to solidify important numeracy and problem solving skills.
-Subject support lessons designed with a plan for continuation at home.
-Assistance with preparation of the learning portfolio.
-Coordination of tutoring and homeschooling curriculum.
-Developing a learning profile with suitable accommodation for students with learning differences.
